Storage ConditionsStored at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored at -20C. Protein aliquots at 4C for 2-7 days and should be stored at -20C to -80C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Storage BufferLyophilized from a solution containing 1X PBS, pH 7.4 (0.5 mM DTT, 2 mM EDTA, 5 % Trehalose). Reconstitute the lyophilized powder in ddH2O to 100 ug/mL.
