Background
This protein is a component of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein(hnRNP) complexes which provide the substrate for the processing events that pre-mRNAs undergo before becoming functional, translatable mRNAs in the cytoplasm. Mediates pre-mRNA alt
