Background
Non-lysosomal glucosylceramidase that catalyzes the conversion of glucosylceramide(GlcCer) to free glucose and ceramide. Involved in sphingomyelin generation and prevention of glycolipid accumulation. May also catalyze the hydrolysis of bile acid 3-O-gluc
