Storage ConditionsLyophilized protein at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored at -20C. Protein aliquots at 4C for 2-7 days and should be stored at -20C to -80C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Storage BufferProtein (1 mg/mL) was lyophilized from a solution containing 20mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 5% Trehalose, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM EDTA. Reconstitute the lyophilized powder in ddH2O to 100 ug/mL.
