Aminoglycoside 3'-phosphotransferase (APH(3')), also known as aminoglycoside kinase, is an aminoglycoside-modifying enzyme and widely presented in resistant bacteria. These ATP-dependent enzymes phosphorylate the 3'-hydroxyl of a variety of aminoglycoside
