CISH Implementation HRP-DAB Kit is intended to be used in combination with digoxigenin-labeled CISH Probes for the qualitative detection and discrimination of human pathogen viruses, e.g., HPV, EBV, CMV, and the determination of lymphocyte clonality by detecting Ig-kappa and Ig-lambda light chain mRNA in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded specimens by chromogenic in in situ hybridization (CISH).
