Background
Catalytic subunit of the phosphorylase b kinase(PHK), which mediates the neural and hormonal regulation of glycogen breakdown(glycogenolysis) by phosphorylating and thereby activating glycogen phosphorylase. In vitro, phosphorylates PYGM, TNNI3, MAPT/TAU,
