Background
Serine palmitoyltransferase(SPT). The heterodimer formed with LCB1/SPTLC1 constitutes the catalytic core. The composition of the serine palmitoyltransferase(SPT) complex determines the substrate preference. The SPTLC1-SPTLC2-SPTSSA complex shows a strong
