Test Principle
The microplate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Carboxylesterase 1 (CES1). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microplate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Carboxylesterase 1 (CES1)
